Careers

Specialty dermatology. Bedside impact. A schedule you can live with.

We're hiring Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants who want specialty-level dermatology work, a schedule they can plan a life around, and patients who genuinely need them.

Join our team

A growing practice built on one idea: bring the specialist to the resident.

Mobile Dermatology Solutions delivers dermatologic care to residents of skilled nursing and assisted living communities across Florida and Utah. Every visit happens in-house, performed by our ARNP and PA clinicians under the supervision of our board-certified dermatologist.

We're looking for clinicians who are passionate about senior care and excited to make a measurable difference — catching skin cancers earlier, resolving rashes faster, and sparing residents an exhausting trip across town. If that sounds like the kind of medicine you want to practice, we'd love to hear from you.

Dermatology clinician meeting with nursing leadership inside a senior living community

Why clinicians stay

The upside of leaving the waiting room behind.

Predictable, humane schedules

Recurring rounds inside partner communities — no nights, no weekends, no call, no waiting-room chaos.

Real clinical autonomy

You run your visits and your plans, with our board-certified dermatologist available for supervision, curbside consults, and case review.

Work that clearly matters

Your residents would otherwise wait weeks for transport to a dermatologist. You are the reason they don't.

Territory that makes sense

Routes are built around a geographic cluster of communities so your day is spent with patients, not on the interstate.

Dermatology mentorship

Structured onboarding and ongoing education in geriatric dermatology, including lesion evaluation and in-room procedures.

Competitive compensation

Salary or productivity-based models, mileage, malpractice coverage, CME support, and benefits for full-time clinicians.

What we look for

Open roles: ARNP / NP and PA-C

  • Active ARNP / NP or PA-C licensure in Florida or Utah (or license-eligible)
  • Dermatology experience strongly preferred; strong geriatrics or primary-care clinicians with dermatology interest are welcome to apply
  • Comfort performing bedside evaluations, biopsies, cryotherapy, and incision & drainage
  • Clear, timely documentation habits — our facility partners depend on same-day notes
  • Reliable transportation and a genuine affinity for the senior population

Full-time, part-time, and PRN arrangements are all possible. Prefer to send a resume directly? Email office@mobiledermsolutions.com or call 888-506-8838.
