Yes. Utah is our newest market and we are actively onboarding skilled nursing and assisted living partners, building recurring round schedules statewide.
Is the Utah team the same practice as Florida?
Yes — same clinical model, same supervision structure, same documentation standards. Our Utah office is in West Jordan; corporate is in Daytona Beach, Florida.
How do visits get documented for our Utah community?
Notes and orders go directly into PCC or whichever EMR your community uses, unless you prefer another method. Authorized family members can also be granted portal access.
Do you replace our wound care team?
No. We do not provide wound care. We work alongside your wound team as another set of specialty eyes — a non-healing area is sometimes a skin cancer or an atypical infection rather than a wound.
