Lesion evaluation & biopsy
Full-body or focused skin examination at the bedside, with shave, punch, and excisional biopsy performed in-room. We coordinate pathology and return results directly to the facility with a clear next step.
Services
Everything a dermatology clinic visit would cover — examination, biopsy, procedures, and ongoing management — brought inside your community.
Full-body or focused skin examination at the bedside, with shave, punch, and excisional biopsy performed in-room. We coordinate pathology and return results directly to the facility with a clear next step.
Identification and management of basal cell, squamous cell, and melanocytic lesions, including cryotherapy, topical regimens, and referral coordination when a resident needs a higher level of care.
We do not provide wound care and we are not here to replace your wound care services. We work alongside your existing wound team as an additional set of specialty eyes — evaluating skin findings that aren't behaving as expected, distinguishing dermatologic conditions from pressure-related injury, and flagging when a non-healing wound may in fact be a skin cancer, an atypical infection, or inflammatory skin disease.
Rapid evaluation for scabies, fungal and bacterial infection, contact and stasis dermatitis, and drug eruptions — including outbreak-scale assessment when a unit is affected.
Ongoing management of psoriasis, eczema, bullous disease, and severe pruritus, with regimens designed to be realistic for nursing staff to administer.
Cryotherapy, intralesional injection, incision and drainage, and other office-based procedures delivered without transporting the resident off-site.
How it works
We review your census, acuity mix, and current dermatology pathway to size the right visit cadence.
Agreements, credentialing, and EMR/charting workflow are set up before the first visit.
Our provider rounds on a recurring schedule, with a shared list built from your nursing referrals.
Notes return to the chart the same day, with follow-up intervals and any pathology tracked to closure.

Tell us about your community and we'll outline a visit cadence, documentation workflow, and onboarding timeline.
